Many of us struggle when it comes to developing a reading habit. I became a reader when I was 19 years old and I am now 22 years old young boy. How I develop a reading habit? Do I become a good reader overnight? What problems have I faced in developing a reading habit?

When I started reading the main problem which I have faced is a lack of interest. So what I do to remove this problem? I start reading a book which is related to my area of interest, yes, this is very important for developing a reading habit.

3 steps to develop a reading habit

1) Set a page instead of setting a duration

Many people make a mistake of setting a duration of 20 min 30 min. But when you set a time or duration you get disturbed because while reading you think about the time that when the time will end. That why set a page like i will read 1 page then you feel relaxed while reading.

2) Make book visible

Sometimes we forget to read the book in a day because we place a book somewhere in our home where we could not see it and then in a result we forget to read it. So try to place it somewhere where you spend more of your time like behind cough, with a mobile charger. When you do that it reminds you.

3) Set a time

Time setting is a crucial part of the book reading habit. When we make a decision of reading book, we forget to set a specific time in which we will read it and it leads us to procrastination. Nut when you will set a time you will be persistent, disciplined.
